Jordan kits out gym and training facility for Premier League club Norwich City

Premier League new boys Norwich City FC have benefitted from an upgraded training facility during their preparations for the upcoming Premier League season.

The club, which was promoted to the English top flight last season, has been putting the finishing touches of its pre-season training at a gym designed and installed by Jordan Fitness.

The upgraded gym at the club's Colney Training Centre includes elite performance power racks, new functional equipment including the unique Tufnut and a customised sprint track. The gym's free weights have been personalised for the club, featuring the club's six core values: Belonging, Commitment, Pride, Resilience, Integrity and Growth.

Players have also had the use of a new outdoor training space which includes Jordan’s Ignite rig and a triple width sled track for weighed sled drills.

"Jordan has kitted out both the new first team and academy gym with the latest high-tech equipment in order to help Chris Domogalla – our head of performance – and his team get the most out of the players," said Sam Jeffery, Norwich City's head of commercial operations.

Zak Pitt, Jordan Fitness's managing director, added that the installation at Colney Trainining Centre is part of a long-term partnership with the club.

“We started to supply the club at the beginning of the 2017-18 season and we’ve witnessed first-hand the impact Chris Domogalla and his team have had on the performance of the squad," Pitt said.

"The late goals, an outstanding injury record and excellent stamina levels last season owe a lot to the ground-breaking conditioning work and sports science implemented by the coaching staff at Colney Training Centre."
